Eiji Enomoto has 33 years experience in real estate finance globally. He is a founding member of Nomura’s investment activities that commenced overseas with a joint venture in US real estate with a major US pension fund in 1990 and domestically in 1997. He established Nomura Real Estate Investment Management in 2001 to
manage various private real estate funds and Nomura Real Estate Capital Management in 2005 to manage securitized real estate products. He currently overseas the real estate investment banking and real estate brokerage and sales unit of Nomura Real Estate Group as Executive Vice President of Nomura Real Estate Urban Net Co., Ltd.
