Toru Hasegawa became interested in the structure of cities and the framework of projects while constructing and designing complex facilities and luxury cruise ships at a major U.S. design office in Shanghai and Chicago. He participated in the Shibaura 1-Chome Project (tentative name), and started conducting product planning and business balance management at Nomura Real Estate Development from October 2017. He was born in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture in 1983. He graduated from the Tokyo Metropolitan University, and completed a master’s course at the Graduate School of Engineering, Tokyo Metropolitan University.
