Toshiki Hirano is an architectural designer based in Tokyo, Japan. He teaches at the University of Tokyo and currently serves as a co-director of SEKISUI HOUSE – KUMA LAB. His research and work investigate the new aesthetics in architecture drawing inspirations from digital technology, art and philosophy. His latest installation project “Reinventing Texture” is planned to be exhibited at Somerset House for the London Design Biennale 2021.
