Mr To has more than a decade of experience in real estate investment and capital raising, and now oversees the fundraising and investment management at Vlinker, one of the largest vertically integrated rental apartment asset managers in China (US$2 B AUM). To date, Mr To has transacted in excess of US$9 B transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr To was with M3 Capital, where he conducted real estate transaction advisory services to the world’s leading institutional investors and real estate developers in industrial, commercial and residential real estate across Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, Mr To worked in China Life Investment and Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s investment banking division. Mr To graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
