Mr. Jimmy Phua
Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Asia CPPIB Asia Inc.
Jimmy is responsible for CPPIB’s real estate investments in Asia Pacific. He has over 30 years real estate experience in Asia having worked out of Singapore, South Korea and currently based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining CPPIB in end 2008, Jimmy worked with several leading real estate companies including Rodamco Asia and ING Real Estate.
Since joining CPPIB, Jimmy has built a team of over 20 professionals and grew CPPIB’s real estate investment in Asia to over CAD 16 Billion.
Jimmy holds a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Business Administration (International Management) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
