Terence is the Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen. He leads the overall design direction and corporate business strategy across the 3 studios, enhancing Benoy’s core expertise, strengthening cross-border collaboration and unlocking opportunities across existing and future sectors and markets.
Terence has over 20 years’ international experience in masterplanning, architecture and interior design; creating, managing and delivering world-class and award-winning projects. He is a UK qualified architect and innovative designer at heart, having studied and practiced in Singapore, China and the UK. Terence has a diverse portfolio across Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the UK and he is skilled in delivering various projects from large-scale integrated resorts, masterplanning, mixed-use spaces to experiential retail, hospitality and residential developments.
Terence’s award-winning projects include Resorts World Sentosa, an integrated integrated resorts development in Singapore; Jewel Changi in Singapore, encompassing interior design, retail and aviation facilities; Changi Terminal 4 in Singapore, for architecture, interior design and wayfinding; Raffles City in Shenzhen, China, a leading mixed-use development including retail, offices, residences, and a SOHO tower; David Jones in Sydney, Australia, redeveloping its heritage flagship 12-floor department store; and the Al Bujairi masterplan and placemaking project in Riyadh, KSA, a lifestyle precinct at the gateway to the UNESCO heritage site.
